I have stopped using plastic razors and instead opted for a reusable metal one. I was a little scared to try it for the first time as I’m not the best at shaving my legs (never mind anywhere else) and always seem to hack my legs to bits, especially with new razors. I have to say I’ve been using this razor for a few weeks now and I love it. I did catch my bumpy knees a few times, but now Ive got the skills I need to avoid further damage! Would definitely recommend getting one of these, for your skin, the planet and your purse!!
Another thing I was apprehensive about with these razors, was the disposal of the blades, but I discovered that most recycling centres do have blade recycling sections! Store the used ones in a jar (away from little ones) and once you have a heap, take them to be recycled! Just don’t ever chuck them in the bin as they can cause harm to others/ animals etc if they come loose.
No more plastic razors! Make the change! 😊
