Honestly, my kids have always eaten and enjoyed fruit and veggies without me having to nag them.
I know not everyone is so lucky and so I thought I’d share our star fruit vegan breakfast.

I used my different sized icing cutters and chucked as much fruits in the bowl as we had. My kids loved it and I think it would be a great way to get little ones eating more fruit too!
You could add dairy free yoghurt too.
I also kept the leftovers for a smoothie 💚

You can buy all kinds of icing cutters online or super cheap in supermarkets. Just make sure they are well made or they won’t cut through the denser fruits 💚
