Honestly, I think I get everything I need to survive from my varied diet. My diet is not always healthy, but after blood tests, taking no vitamins at all, my doctor said I wasn't missing anything at all.
Now, I do not take vitamins every day. I actually space out my vitamin intake, because I do not want my body to rely on the vitamins. I change up the type I take too. I dont always stick with the same brand and refuse to spend a fortune on them.
During the lead up to the Covid-19 outbreak in the UK, I had picked up some vitamin C, to try and give the family a bit of a boost. I picked up these from Tesco at 3 for £10:
As you can see these are also Gluten Free, have no artificial or GMO ingredients and vegan friendly. I will say that these are periodically available from Home Bargains too. There are multivitamins from the same brand, also in a cherry flavour and usually quite a bit cheaper! So keep your eyes peeled the next time you visit Home Bargains.
If you are looking for something a bit cheaper, Home Bargains also sell these:
Now they are a bit bigger and not gummies but they do the same job.
Superdrug sell the Chewy Vites gummy vitamins - vitamin C and multivitamins for adults and for kids. My youngest is only 11 and she takes these:
They are usually on sale at 3 for 2 and cost £3.99 each.
All in all, I am pretty impressed with the Chewy Vites range and find them to be one of the best vegan vitamin brands for the whole family, good price, easy to get hold of and easy to eat.
