Another super simple recipe that should be easy enough to follow. You will need a donut tin to get the donut shape. These are can be found easily online and are inexpensive.
If you have never seen one before, they look like this:
The ingredients needed are:
50g dairy free butter
150g of sugar (I used regular granulated)
3 tablespoons of aquafaba
190ml dairy free milk
150g self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of caramel or vanilla flavouring
1 tablespoon of vinegar (I used regular malt)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
and for the toppings - icing sugar and sprinkles!
PLEASE NOTE- this recipe made two trays of mini donut cakes and I did not grease my tin before piping the mixture.
So let’s go!
First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
Now you can decorate any way you want. I just used a basic icing sugar and water mix, sprinkles and edible glitter.
