Super easy to make vegan meringue!!

Follow this step by step picture guide and the end result will blow your mind! I have tried so many different combinations in the search for the perfect vegan meringue and this is it!! Aquafaba is amazing. Aquafaba for me is by far THE BEST egg replacement for baking. If you haven't tried it already- please do!!

So if you are ready to make some super easy meringue- follow the steps below:













It is worth the wait! Once they are ready to be taken out of the oven, you will have crispy shells with sticky insides! You can add any flavouring to the mixture, but I found adding acidic flavourings like lemon and orange, didn't work as they attacked the proteins in the aquafaba. When I made my lemon meringue, I added the lemon to the cream mixture instead.
